We are based in Mangaluru, specifically on the 3rd floor of the Empore Mall on M.G Road. It’s a well-known spot in the city, which makes it easy for people to find us. Ruaa Infra Projects is a company that deals with different types of infrastructure and building tasks. We aren't a massive organization with lots of branches. We just have this one main office where we handle all our planning and administration. Working out of a mall is a bit different, but it’s convenient for meetings and grabbing a quick lunch. Most of our actual work happens out on the various sites around the Dakshina Kannada region. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and where the construction is actually happening. It's a lot of coordination with different workers and making sure we have all the materials we need. We don’t really do fancy presentations or use a lot of jargon. We just talk about what needs to be built and how we’re going to do it. Some days it feels like we’re just solving one problem after another, but that’s the nature of this business. We’ve been in Mangaluru for a while now and we know the local scene pretty well. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the coastal weather makes things tricky, but we just work around the rain and the heat as best as we can.
