Planet Links Online Travel Agency

Even though we are called Planet Links Online Travel Agency, we have a real physical office on the ground floor of the Plaza Complex in Bendoorwell, Mangalore. Our address is 575002. Being in Plaza Complex means we are right in the middle of a lot of other shops and local businesses. We do a lot of our work through the internet and email, but people still like to come in and talk to us face-to-face when they have questions. It is a small office, but it gets the job done for us. We spend a lot of time on our computers, looking up flights and hotels for people who want to travel. It is a lot of clicking and typing, but we also have to answer the phone and help the people who walk in off the street. The ground floor location is nice because it is easy for anyone to just pop in while they are out doing their shopping or errands. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything fancy like that. We just want to make sure the bookings are done right so there are no problems for anyone later on. Some days the internet is fast and everything goes well, and other days it is a bit of a struggle with the connection, but we manage. We’ve been at this spot in Bendoorwell for a while and the locals seem to know us now. It is just a regular day.
