Planaprop Realty Private Limited is situated at Survey No 92, 94/2. Our actual office is WG-402 on the 4th Floor of Purva Skywood in Kudla Village. It’s a bit of a hike up to the 4th floor, but the view of the surrounding area is alright. We focus on realty and property management from this location. Kudla Village is an interesting place to be based because it’s a bit different from the city center. We spend our days dealing with various property listings and talking to people who want to buy or sell. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the details are correct. Sometimes we are out on the road visiting different survey plots, and other times we are stuck in the office catching up on emails. Our team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We aren't big on formal meetings; we usually just talk things over while having tea. We've seen how the real estate market changes around here, and it keeps us on our toes. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes, especially with all the different survey numbers we have to track. We just try to keep things moving forward and help our clients as best as we can. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle the bumps in the road and the local rules.
