We go by the name Panchmal Properties Private Limited. You can find our office at S-64 in a building called His Grace. It is situated on Martin Pais Road in the Hathill area of Mangalore. Hathill is a nice part of town, and Martin Pais Road is usually easy enough for people to navigate. Our spot in the building isn't huge, but it is where we do all our real estate business. We have been operating out of Dakshina Kannada for a bit now. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We aren't the type to use big fancy words or have complicated meetings. Usually, we are just checking on property listings or making sure the local registrations are moving along like they should. His Grace is a decent building and most people around Hathill know where it is. We spend a lot of our time talking to locals who are looking to move or sell something.
