Our office is over at Rajendra Towers on Kudroli Road in the Alake area. We are right across from the State Bank of India, which makes us pretty easy to find if you are in that part of Mangalore. We’ve been doing travel work from this same spot for a while now. The office is basically just a room with several desks and a lot of computers. We handle all kinds of travel arrangements, mostly flights and visas. It’s a lot of detail work, looking at tiny print on documents and making sure all the names are spelled correctly. Alake is a busy neighborhood, and there is always something going on outside on Kudroli Road. We can hear the motorcycles and the buses all day long. We don't have any big flashy signs or fancy furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes the work is a bit repetitive, but we don't mind it. We have our regulars who come in every time they need to go somewhere. We share a laugh with them and get their tickets sorted out. It’s an honest, simple way to work. We don't use any big words or marketing talk. We just sit here, answer the phones, and do the bookings. It’s just a normal day at the office for us, and that is fine.
