Our office is based out of Rosaline Villa in the Kavoor area of Mangalore. It’s a bit different because we aren't in a big commercial plaza. It feels more like a home turned into a workspace, which suits us just fine. The atmosphere is relaxed but we stay busy with the housing projects we’ve got going on. Mangalore is a beautiful place, and being in Kavoor means we’re away from the worst of the city traffic. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. There’s usually a pot of tea going and some papers spread out over the tables. We don’t have any polished receptionists or a fancy waiting room. If you stop by, you’ll just see us working. We build houses and other structures, so there is always some talk about cement prices or labor issues. The weather here can be very rainy, so that affects our schedule a lot. We just take it day by day. It’s a small team, and we all know each other well. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just try to put up buildings that stay standing and make sense for the people living in them. It's a simple operation run by people who live right here in the area.
