M/S Constructo

We are based at Dno.1/29A, Site No.813 in the 1st Block of Katipalla, which is near Surathkal in Mangalore. We go by the name Constructo. As you can probably guess from the name, we are into the building and construction trade. Mangalore is a coastal city, so we have to deal with a lot of humidity and salt in the air, which affects how we build things. We spend a lot of our time out at construction sites, so the office in Katipalla is mostly for paperwork and meetings. We are not a massive company with a big marketing budget. We mostly get work through word of mouth around Karnataka. We have worked on a variety of projects, from small homes to bigger structures. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery is late or the weather turns bad, and we just have to deal with it. We don't have any fancy slogans. We just try to do a decent job so that people are satisfied. The office is simple, with a few desks and a lot of rolled-up plans. We have been part of this community for a while. We know the local labor and where to find the right gravel and cement. It is a lot of hard work in the sun, but we like seeing a building come together from nothing. We just keep at it every day, making sure the foundation is right.
