We are based over at Shanthi Nivas, which is house number 3-112/85 in Carmel Nagar. Our location is in the Bikarnakatte area, specifically Bajjodi II, near the Kushekar Post. This is in Mangalore, within the Dakshina Kannada district, zip code 575005. It’s a nice part of the world to be in, especially with the coastal air and the greenery around. The building we are in feels more like a home than a stiff office, which is something we actually like. It makes the day feel a little less stressful when you aren't staring at grey cubicle walls all the time. We’ve got a view of the local neighborhood from our windows, and we can see the daily life of Carmel Nagar happening right outside. Mangalore can get quite rainy, so we spend plenty of days listening to the water hit the roof while we work on our computers. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group that knows each other well. Our office is filled with the usual stuff—files, some old chairs, and a few plants that we try our best to keep alive. It’s an honest place where we put in our hours and try to do a good job. We don’t feel the need to pretend to be anything we aren't. We are just Mrr Solutions, working out of a house in Bajjodi, taking things one day at a time without much fuss.
