Moyo Constructions is based in Kulai, which is a part of Mangaluru. Our office is at 42//12P, right behind Kamal Mahal. Being near the coast means we deal with a lot of humidity and rain, which definitely keeps us on our toes when it comes to construction. It is a different pace of life here compared to the big cities. We focus on local jobs around the Dakshina Kannada area. Our office is a basic room where we keep our tools and project plans. We do not have a big sign or a fancy entrance. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know the area around Kamal Mahal. The work can be tough, especially when the monsoon hits, but we have been doing this long enough to know the tricks. We are just a small group of people who enjoy building things. You will usually find us in work clothes rather than suits. We do not spend much time on the computer unless we absolutely have to. Most of the day is spent out on the field or talking to suppliers about sand and bricks. It is a practical business. We don't worry about being the biggest company, we just want to do decent work that lasts. Kulai is a good place to be, and we are happy to have our base here where things feel a bit more personal and less corporate.
