You can find us on the second floor of Manar Mansion. We’re right in Balmatta, which is a pretty central part of Mangalore. Specifically, we are opposite to Aravind Motors. Being on the second floor means we have to walk up the stairs a few times a day, but it gives us a bit of a view of the street. It’s always noisy with cars and bikes outside. Our office in Balmatta handles all sorts of travel requests. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the paperwork and the computers, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time on the phone with customers and drivers. Mangalore traffic can be quite a headache, so we’re always checking where the vehicles are. We don't have a big fancy lobby. It’s just a practical work area where we get things done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out, chatting with whoever is in the office. We've been around this area long enough to know most of the shopkeepers nearby. People come to us because they know we are right there in Manar Mansion. We don't do any of those fancy marketing speeches. We just try to get the bookings right and make sure the drivers know the way. It’s a regular local business, run by regular people who live and work in the city.
