Marian Infrastructures

Marian Infrastructures is based out of Mangalore, specifically in the Shakthinagar area. You can find us right near the Naliya Padavu School. It is a decent spot because it’s a bit away from the main city rush, though the school noise can be a bit much during lunch breaks and when the bells ring. We deal with building and infrastructure stuff, so our office usually has a lot of maps, site plans, and dusty boots tucked under the desks. Mangalore gets quite a lot of rain, so during the monsoon, we spend a lot of time just making sure the roof doesn't leak and checking on our various project sites. The office itself is quite simple. We have a few cupboards filled with old files and a big table where we spread out the drawings to look at them. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows everyone else’s business. We usually have the local radio playing in the background to keep things from being too quiet. Shakthinagar is a nice neighborhood, and being near the school makes it easy to give people directions. We don't have any fancy signs or big glass windows. It is just a regular office building where we try to keep things moving along. Sometimes customers come in to talk about their house plans, and we just sit around the main table with some water and get to it. It is a very humble and honest setup.
