Manshar Learning Network Private Limited is situated on the 2nd floor of the Vignesh City Complex. If you are in Belthangady, you probably know the spot—it is right opposite the Mini Vidanasoudha on Court Road. It is a convenient place to be because everything is so central. From our windows on the second floor, we can see the people going in and out of the government offices all day long. The building is usually pretty busy, and the stairs up to our office can be a bit of a workout. We’ve got a small setup here where we manage our learning network. It’s mostly just desks and a lot of folders. The rains in Dakshina Kannada can be quite something, and we often hear the water hitting the roof of the complex. We aren't doing anything too complicated; we just come in, do the work, and talk to whoever stops by. It’s a very local operation. We know the other shop owners in the complex and often chat with them during breaks. The office isn't anything fancy, just a plain space where we can focus on what needs to be done. We don’t want to make things harder than they need to be. We just provide the services we have and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone from Belthangady who comes through the door. It is just a regular, honest day of work for us.
