Mangalore Builders And Contractors Private Limited is located on the third floor of Mangalore Gate. Our address is D.Nos. 16-2-63/88/87 on the Kankanady Bye-Pass Road. It’s a busy part of town, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. We aren't a new company, and we’ve seen the construction landscape change around Mangalore. Building things is what we know. It’s a lot of coordination between different crews and making sure the supplies arrive when they should. Of course, they often don’t, and that’s when the real work starts. We don't use a lot of corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a job is going to take six months, we won't tell you it'll take three. Our office is a place where we do the numbers and talk to clients. It’s not very fancy, just functional. We have a lot of long-term staff who have been with us through many different projects. We’ve built apartments, houses, and some commercial spots too. Every project has its own set of headaches, from soil issues to paperwork delays. We just take them one at a time. We aren't trying to be the biggest in the state. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep going. That’s the way we’ve always operated, and it seems to work out okay for us and the people we build for. We just keep our heads down and work.
