Mangala Travels

You can find Mangala Travels on the first floor of the Radhakiran Building. We are situated on Kudmul Ranga Rao Road in the Kodialbail area. It is a good spot because we are quite near the PVS Circle, which is a major landmark in this part of Mangalore. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always busy with cars and bikes. The Radhakiran Building is an older structure but it serves us well. The building is a bit old-fashioned but it has a lot of character, and we are comfortable here. We have been here for some time now. Most of our day is spent helping people figure out their travel routes and booking tickets. It is a simple office with a few desks and some maps on the wall. Kodialbail is a central place, so it is convenient for people to drop in while they are out doing their errands. Sometimes the noise from the traffic at PVS Circle reaches up to us, but we are used to it by now. We usually have the tea man come by in the afternoon, which is a nice break from the phones. The work at Mangala Travels is steady. We just try to keep up with the changes in bus or train timings. It is a lot of typing on the computer and talking to people. We don't have any big signs, just a regular travel office where we try to stay organized and help out.
