Mahalakshmi Constructions

Mahalakshmi Constructions is situated in Mangalore at the Preetraj Complex. Specifically, we’re at No 03, D.No 1-15/33. You can find us in the Kottara Chowki area, which is a busy part of the city. We are quite close to the SBI branch there, so that’s usually the best landmark to use if you’re looking for us. Our office is just a simple unit in the complex. It’s not very large, but it serves our needs for running the construction business. We have been working out of this location for some time now. The vibe in the complex is pretty friendly, with various other small businesses around us. We aren't into fancy office decor; we mostly have our technical drawings and basic furniture. Mangalore can get quite hot, but we’ve got a fan going and keep things moving. Most of our work takes us out to different sites, but this is where we come to settle the bills and plan the next steps. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t use a lot of big words or have a corporate handbook. We just show up every morning and do what needs to be done. Being near the bank is handy for us too. It’s a straightforward setup for a local business. We have been part of the Kottara Chowki community for years and we like it here. It's just home for us.
