M.A Gurukripa Residency Llp

We started M.A Gurukripa Residency Llp a while back and we keep things running out of Nikhi Nilaya in Padresrinivas Nagar. It is over in the Surathkal area of Mangalore. If you know the spot, we are right at D-No 21-25/2. It’s a busy place with plenty going on. We share space or work closely with Polytune Constructions Llp near the Post Padre area. Dealing with property and residency matters keeps us pretty occupied most days of the week. Mangalore-Dakshina Kannada is a good place to be based because people are always looking for a roof over their heads or a place to settle down. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular workspace where we get the paperwork done and talk to folks who stop by. Sometimes the traffic around Surathkal gets a bit much, but we have been here long enough that we don't mind it. People know where to find us in 575025. It’s just us doing our thing every day. We handle the local requirements and try to make sure everything is in order with the residency filings and the building details. Most of the time, we are just sitting at the desks or out checking on things near the site. It is honest work and it keeps the lights on. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but we stay right here in Nikhi Nilaya.
