Looking For Job

The name of our setup is Looking For Job, and that pretty much explains what we are about. We spend most of our time trying to match people with local work opportunities. Mangalore is a coastal town, so the humidity can be a bit much, but we have some good fans in the office to keep us cool while we work. It’s a family-oriented place, and we treat most people who come in like they are part of the local community. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team; most people hear about us through word of mouth or a quick phone call. Our desks are usually covered in notebooks and printouts because we still like to keep physical records of everything we do. The rain here can be quite intense during the monsoon season, and sometimes we have to close up early if the streets get flooded near the office. We enjoy the work because it lets us talk to so many different people every single day.
