Lomas & Lomas Ltd. is situated on Sasio Road, just off Lunga Lunga Road in the Industrial Area of Nairobi. If you know Nairobi, you know the Industrial Area is a place where real work happens. It’s gritty, loud, and always moving. Our building is right in the thick of it. We have been operating here for a long time, dealing with whatever needs to be moved, made, or sold that day. The roads around here can be pretty rough, especially after it rains, but our trucks and workers are used to it. Inside the gate, it’s a mix of warehouse space and a small office that usually has a few too many people in it. We don't have fancy furniture or a reception desk. Usually, someone will just look up from their work and ask what you need. It’s the kind of environment where everyone pitches in. If a heavy crate needs moving, the office staff might even help out. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with new businesses coming and old ones going, but we’ve managed to stay steady. It’s not easy work, and the days are often long, but there is a certain satisfaction in being part of the city’s backbone. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home before the traffic gets too bad. That’s life at Lomas & Lomas, just doing our part in the industrial district.
