Lancy Constructions

This is our other location in Mangalore, right in the city at Pandeshwar New Road. We are situated in the M Temple Compound. It is a lot busier than our village office. Pandeshwar is a major area, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle the more urban construction projects from here. The office is tucked away in the temple compound, which gives it a slightly different feel than a standard commercial building. We have been operating from this spot for quite a while now. The space is filled with project plans and a few old computers. We don't go in for flashy decor or expensive furniture. It’s just a place to get the work done and meet with people who are interested in our projects. Being in the city means we are closer to the municipal offices and all the suppliers. It makes the logistics a bit easier than being out in the village. The staff here is used to the fast pace of the city. We usually have people coming and going all day. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of office. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It is a grounded way to run a construction business in a place like Mangalore.
