Kurtoskalacs Private Limited

Kurtoskalacs Private Limited is based out of Mangalore, specifically over in the Alake area. We are located in the Danish Apartment building on the fourth floor, which is right near the Gokarnath Temple. It is a nice enough spot, though the elevator in the building acts up sometimes. Being in Dakshina Kannada, we get a lot of that coastal weather, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our time figuring out the best way to make these specific treats. It is not a huge office, just a space where we get the work done and talk about what needs to happen next. We chose this location because it is familiar and close to home for most of the people who work here. You can usually find us there during the day, tucked away on the IV floor. It is a bit quiet up there compared to the street noise down by the temple. We do not have a big fancy storefront or anything like that. It is mostly just us handling the business side and making sure the recipes are being followed properly. Some days are busier than others, especially when there is a festival nearby, but we just keep at it. We have been part of the local community for a while and just want to keep things running smoothly without making a big fuss about it. Just people making food in a simple kitchen setup.
