We’ve been here at Plot No.31(B) in the Baikampadi Industrial Area for a while now. It is a busy spot, mostly filled with trucks and people moving things back and forth all day. Our place is actually Shed No.-2, right near S.V. Marine Corporation. If you know the area, it’s not hard to find, but the dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes. We spend most of our mornings just getting everything organized before it gets too hot. It is an industrial zone, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it gets the job done for what we do with home products. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there is a lot of noise from the nearby units. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks. The shed is big enough for what we need right now. A few of us have been working together for years. We know the neighbors pretty well, and we usually grab tea from the stall down the road when things slow down in the afternoon. It is just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of the orders. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It is just the shed and the work that needs doing. Sometimes the rain makes it hard to move things around, but we manage. That is pretty much how things go for us here in Baikampadi. It is a basic way to earn a living, and it keeps us busy enough.
