Joint Venture Company

Our workplace is situated at 302 in the Classique Symphony building on Balikasrma Road in Mangalore. Being in this part of Karnataka means we are never too far from the sea, and you can often feel that saltiness in the air, especially when it rains. The building is a mix of residential and commercial spaces. Our office isn't very large, but it’s enough for the team to sit together and handle the joint venture projects we have going on. The windows look out onto the road, which can get pretty busy with scooters and buses. Inside, the floor is tiled and we have simple desks pushed together. It’s a bit of a cluttered space with rolls of drawings and stacks of folders everywhere, but we know where everything is. We usually start the day with some local coffee and a quick chat about what needs to be done. It’s a very straightforward environment. We don’t have any big signs or fancy lights. It’s just a door with a number on it. Most people who come here are looking for technical details or to discuss some project timelines. We try to keep things moving along steadily. The humidity sometimes makes the papers curl, which is just something we’ve learned to deal with. It’s a honest, working office where we put in our hours and then head home through the Mangalore traffic.
