Our place is over at the Presidium Commercial Complex in Attavar. If you are familiar with this part of town, you probably know the C 5 unit. It’s a decent spot for Invenu Global Realty And Infrastructures Llp to operate from. We’ve been here for a bit, handling different realty and infrastructure projects that come our way. Attavar is a busy area, so there’s usually a lot going on right outside our doors. We aren't a big, flashy firm with a lobby full of marble. It’s just an office where we get the work done. A few desks, some computers, and a lot of site plans lying around. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or checking on how things are going at different locations. Sometimes we’re out of the office more than we are in it, which is just the nature of this business. Working in Mangalore has its own pace, and we try to keep up with it without making things too complicated. We’ve had people walk in looking for advice or just to ask about a piece of land they saw. We try to be helpful when we can. The Presidium building is easy to find, which helps when we have meetings. It’s not always glamorous work, but it keeps us busy. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to make sure the paperwork is sorted.
