If you’re walking down Balmatta Road in Hampankatta, you’ll find us in the Oberle Tower. We’re situated right above the Coffee Day there. It’s a pretty central spot in Mangalore, so there’s always something happening outside. Being on an upper floor means we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is usually packed with people and traffic. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular space with some desks, files, and a few chairs for whoever drops in. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at screens, dealing with international travel details. Since we are in Hampankatta, parking can be a bit of a headache for folks coming to see us, but the location is handy for those already in the city center. We get a mix of people coming in—some are looking to go abroad for work, others for family visits. It’s mostly just quiet work here, interrupted by the sound of the coffee shop downstairs or the horns from the road. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up. We’ve been in this building for some time now. It’s an old tower, but it works for us. We don’t do big ads or anything, just help whoever walks through the door or calls our number and asks for help with their tickets.
