Hb Learning Solutions Llp is based out of a place called Vailnakani Villa, which is 3/383 near the Kelarai Church in Pedamale. It’s a bit of a different setting than a typical office park since it's more of a residential-style building in Mangaluru. We like it because it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of the city noise in Dakshina Kannada. The church is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We’ve been working from this villa for some time now, handling various learning solutions. It’s just a small team of us. We share the space, drink a lot of coffee, and try to get through the list of things to do each day. The weather in Mangalore can be quite unpredictable, with heavy rains one minute and sun the next, so we are always keeping an eye on the windows. Our office setup inside the villa is pretty basic—just desks, some computers, and a lot of books and papers scattered around. It’s not a corporate environment by any means. It feels more like a home office where people actually put in the hours. We don’t have a receptionist or anything; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it when someone knocks. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business, and we prefer it that way. We just focus on our projects and try to keep things simple.
