We operate out of Padmavathi Compound on Telecom House Road, over in the Pandeshwar area. It’s a bit of a different spot compared to the main market, tucked away near the Fire Service station. We like it here because it feels a bit more like a neighborhood. Our office is part of the compound, and we’ve tried to make it a place where people feel okay just dropping in for a chat about their travel plans. We do a mix of everything—local tours, car rentals, and booking trips further away. It started as a small idea and just grew over the years. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. If we do a good job, people tell their cousins and friends, and that’s how we stay in business. The office has a lot of brochures and a few computers that have seen better days, but they get the job done. We deal with all sorts of people, from tourists who are a bit lost to locals who need a ride to the airport. Every day is a bit different. One day we are worrying about a flat tire on a rental car, and the next we are planning a whole family vacation. It’s a bit messy and busy, but it’s our life. We’re just regular people trying to make travel a bit easier for everyone who stops by our gate in Pandeshwar.
