Our office is located at No.2 and 3 in the Ganesh Mahal Complex. This is on K S Rao Road, which is right in the center of Mangalore. It is a very active area with lots of shops and offices all around us. We are Four Wings International Travels Pvt Ltd. We focus mostly on international trips, which involves a lot of paperwork like visas and passport applications. It isn't the most exciting work, but it is important for the people who come to see us. The office is a bit small, just two rooms in the complex, but it’s enough for what we do. K S Rao Road is always noisy, and you can hear the buses and the horns all day long. We’ve grown accustomed to the bustle. People usually come in with a lot of questions about traveling abroad, and we do our best to give them clear answers based on what we’ve seen change in the rules over the years. We aren't some big global chain with thousands of employees. We are just a local Mangalore business. Most of our customers come from word of mouth or they just see our sign while they are out shopping on the main road. We keep a simple schedule and try to stay organized with all the files we have to manage. It's a lot of routine, but we like being in the middle of the city where everything is happening.
