We've been at Has Compound for a while now. It's right near the saw mill in Kinnikambla. You can usually hear the machines running next door during the day. Mangalore weather is what it is, hot and then very rainy, but we manage. Being out here in the post office area of Kinnikambla means it's a bit quieter than the main city center. We just get on with things. There’s a lot of dust from the mill sometimes, so we spend a fair bit of time cleaning up the desks. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. People often get lost looking for the compound because the signs aren't great, but if you find the saw mill, you’re basically there. It's a simple setup we have here. We handle the Dubai-related stuff from this small office in Karnataka. It's funny how things work out, being in a quiet spot like this while dealing with things so far away. The tea stall down the road is where we usually end up for breaks. It’s a regular routine. Nothing fancy, just a group of people working out of a compound. We've got a few desks, some computers, and the usual office noise. Sometimes the power goes out, but that's just part of life here. We just wait for the generator or take a longer break. It's a practical way to run things without all the city fuss and expensive rent.
