Durgalakshmi Tours & Travels is situated on the first floor of Srinivas Arcade in B C Road. B C Road is a major junction in the Mangalore 574211 area, so it is always buzzing with energy. Our office looks down on the busy streets. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view, though it is mostly just buses and people moving through the junction. We have been here in Srinivas Arcade for a while. It is a simple office space. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for people to wait. We mostly do travel bookings and help people figure out their routes. B C Road is such a hub that we see all kinds of people coming through. It can get pretty noisy with all the traffic below, but that is just life in this part of Mangalore. We don't have any big marketing speeches. We just handle the bookings as they come. Our day is usually spent on the phone or working through travel schedules. We are a small group of people working here. Most of our customers are from the local area or people who are passing through the junction. We like the location because everyone knows where B C Road is. It makes it easy for people to find us. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day.
