We are located down in the basement levels, LG 1 and 2, of the Maximus Commercial Complex. You can find that on Light House Hill Road in Mangalore. We are right across the street from the KMC Dental College, so there are always students around. Bit Air Travel Pvt Ltd is the name on the door. Working in a basement complex means we don't get much sunlight, but it stays a bit cooler away from the Mangalore heat. We spend our days dealing with air travel, which means a lot of time on the phone with airlines or staring at screens to find the right flights for people. Light House Hill Road is a major spot in town, and it’s always crowded with cars and people. We’ve been here long enough to see the complex fill up with other businesses too. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes down here, but once you find us, it’s just a regular office. We don't have any fancy lounge or anything like that. Just some chairs for people to wait in while we figure out their tickets. We deal with all sorts of people, from students at the college to families visiting relatives abroad. It’s a lot of detail work, checking dates and names over and over. We just try to keep things moving along so nobody misses their flight. It’s a steady job in a busy part of the city.
