Our office is on the first floor of the building near the Telephone Exchange on KC Road. We are in Talapady, Mangalore, which is part of the Dakshina Kannada district. The pin code is 575023. We operate under the name Azneo Infrastructures (Opc) Private Limited. It is a bit of a mouthful, but we are just a small setup focused on local infrastructure and building projects. Being near the telephone exchange makes it easy for people to find us. Mangalore is a different pace than the bigger cities, but we still have plenty of work to keep us on our toes. We deal with all the usual stuff like permits, contractors, and site visits. There is always something that needs fixing or a project that is just getting started. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of salespeople. It is mostly just us handling the day-to-day operations from our first-floor office. Sometimes the coastal weather makes construction a bit tricky, especially when the monsoon hits hard. We have learned to plan around that over the years. We aren't about big promises or fancy talk. We just do the work that needs doing. If you are in the Talapady area and see our sign, that’s where we are.
