Ashwini Clinic

We are a small clinic located in Ishwaramangala. Because it’s a smaller town, we don't have a complicated street address like you’d find in a big city. Everyone here knows where the clinic is. It’s just a simple building where we see people for their everyday health problems. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to the big hospitals. We see a lot of the same people every week, so we’ve gotten to know the families in Ishwaramangala quite well. The clinic has a basic waiting room with some old chairs and a desk where we keep our patient files. There isn't any air conditioning, so we keep the windows open to let the air in, along with the sounds of the town. You might hear a cow passing by or the sound of someone’s radio from down the street. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a lot of high-tech machines, but we can handle the usual fevers, aches, and small injuries that people bring to us. The doctor and the few staff members we have just work through the list of patients each day. We don't have any promotional brochures or a fancy sign. It’s just a place to go when you’re not feeling your best. We’ve been here for years and the community knows they can just walk in when they need us. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the town.
