Our office is at 7-40/3 Avinash, which is right behind the Board School Capitaneo in Bajal. We are quite close to Pumpwell Circle in Mangalore, so it’s a pretty well-known area in Dakshina Kannada. Alva Business Private Limited is just a small local company. We’ve been operating from this spot for a bit now. It’s not a fancy setup. We just have what we need to get through the day’s work. Being near the school means it gets a bit loud when the kids are heading home, but we don't mind the energy. We handle various business tasks and try to keep things as simple as possible. No one here likes those long, boring corporate meetings. We’d rather just talk over a desk and figure things out. The office usually has a few stacks of paper waiting to be filed, and the coffee machine is always running. We’re just regular people from Mangalore doing our best to run a solid business. We don't put out a lot of advertisements. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. It’s a comfortable place to work. We know the shortcuts around Pumpwell to avoid the worst traffic, which helps when we have to go out for meetings. It’s a straightforward life here. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized. That’s all.
