Our place is in Thiruvail, Vamanjoor. Specifically, we are at 7C-2, Divine House in Evershine Garden. It is a quiet area compared to the city center, which is nice because we can actually hear ourselves think. Alphas Foods and Creations is kind of a small operation. We spend a lot of time coming up with different food ideas, which is what the creations part of the name is about. Divine House is a solid building, and we have made our little corner of it quite comfortable. It is not like a big factory; it feels more like a workshop. We have a kitchen area where we test things out and some space for storage. The gardens outside are nice when you need a break from looking at spreadsheets. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we do not have to deal with long commutes. We do not really have a big public image or a social media team. We just do the work and send the products out. Sometimes we get visitors who get lost trying to find Evershine Garden, but once they are here, they like the vibe. It is very relaxed. We just focus on making good food items and trying out new recipes when we have the time. It is a simple life, and we like the fact that we are not stuck in a high-rise building in some busy tech park.
