Our office is in the Maximus Commercial Complex on Light House Hill Road. We are specifically at Upper Ground II 5. If you know where K.M.C. is, we are right across from it. We operate as Allegro Developers Llp. It’s a busy spot with lots of people always walking by. We spend our days dealing with various development projects. It is a lot of coordination and checking on different site statuses. We aren't a massive firm, just a dedicated group of people working together. The office is usually full of blueprints and coffee mugs. We’ve been in this complex for a while now and it suits us. It is easy for people to find us when they need to talk about a project. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing. We just talk like normal people and try to get the work done right. Light House Hill Road is a central part of the area, so we are never far from what’s happening. We have seen a lot of growth around here. Most of our time is spent on the phone or looking over technical drawings. It can be a bit stressful when deadlines are close, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand. It is a practical, everyday sort of life here at Allegro Developers.
