You’ll find our office on the second floor of the Regal Park building over in Bunder. We’re right on Mission Street, just across from where Jyothi Cycle used to be, or where people still call it that anyway. Being in Bunder means we’re in the thick of the old trading part of Mangalore. It’s a busy place with lots of lorries and people moving goods. Our office is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you’re here, it’s a bit quieter than the street level. We focus a lot on international trips, which means a lot of paperwork and passports. It’s a lot of responsibility because people are trusting us with their big journeys, often to go work abroad or visit family. We spend a lot of time checking visa rules and flight timings. The office isn't fancy; it’s mostly just shelves full of files and some old maps on the wall. We have some tea, talk to the customers, and try to make sense of the latest travel rules. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, especially when flights get changed last minute. We’ve been doing this for long enough that we don’t get too stressed about it anymore. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep everyone’s plans on track. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till late evening. That is about it for us.
