The building itself has a bit of character, being called Twinkle Star. We handle various engineering tasks, mostly centered around air conditioning and ventilation systems for larger setups. It is a private limited company, but we don't act like a big corporation. It is mostly just a group of us who know the trade well. The humidity in Mangalore keeps us plenty busy, as you can imagine. Our office is a practical space, filled with manuals, spare parts, and the occasional coffee cup. We spend a lot of time traveling to different sites around the region. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or a dedicated sales team. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for years. It’s a steady pace of life out here in Bajpe. We focus on the technical details and let the work speak for itself. It’s a good spot to be, and we’ve made a decent home for the business here.
