Our office is on the first floor of Hotel Panchamahal, which is located in Kodialbail. It’s a familiar building for most people in this part of Mangalore. To get to us, you just head up the stairs and we are right there. We handle travel bookings, so the office is full of brochures and printouts from different airlines and hotels. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned space, with wooden desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't really care much for the modern, sleek look that some of the newer agencies have. We just need a place to sit, use the computer, and talk to the people who walk in. Kodialbail is a noisy area, and we can usually hear the city life through the windows. Some days we are very busy with people planning their holidays, and other days we just sit and handle the routine paperwork. We’ve been here at Hotel Panchamahal for a long time, so we are a part of the local scenery now. We know the hotel staff and the people who work in the shops nearby. We don't have any fancy marketing plans. We just show up in the morning, open the files, and start looking for the best routes and prices for whoever needs them. It’s a steady job and we like the people we meet along the way.
