Aboobakkar Buildcon Developers Engineers and Promoters Private Limited is based out of Mangalore. Our main spot is in the Harusha Complex, up on the second floor. It’s located in Iddya Village, which is within the Surathkal municipal limits. Being near the coast means we have to think about the salt and the rain when we are planning our buildings. We have been doing engineering and promotion work in this area for quite some time now. Our office is a busy place, filled with drawings, permits, and coffee cups. We are engineers and builders by trade, so we spend a lot of time talking about concrete, steel, and site layouts. We don't really use those polished slogans you see on billboards. We just tell people what is possible and what isn't when it comes to their land. It’s a small team here, and we all know each other well. Sometimes the work is stressful because of deadlines or weather delays, but that is just how it goes in the construction business. We like being part of the growth in Surathkal. It’s an interesting place with a lot of potential. If you come by the complex, you can find us easily on the second floor. We are usually there from morning until late evening, making sure the projects are moving along as they should. We just focus on building things that stand up to the local weather.
