We are based in the Embassy Plaza on the first floor. Our office is right on the highway, NH-47, in the Pumpwell area of Mangalore. If you’re looking for us, we are right across from the Indian Bank. It’s a very busy part of Mangalore, with all the traffic coming and going. We handle stuff for people who want to go abroad for work or for studies. It involves a lot of documents, passports, and visas. We’ve been in this building for several years. We aren't a big, fancy agency. We are just a local office with people who know the rules and the paperwork. The office is functional. We have a few desks and some files everywhere. People come in with a lot of questions about moving to another country. We just try to give them the answers we have. We don't use any big slogans. We just sit down with you and go through the requirements. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work. Sometimes the office gets crowded when a lot of people show up at once. We just handle them one by one. It’s an interesting job because you hear a lot of stories about where people want to go. We just stay here in Pumpwell and help them get where they're going. It’s a long process sometimes, but we just take it step by step.
