Zebten Garment

Zebten Garment is located right opposite Police Chowki No. 2 in Nawa Bazar. It is a very busy part of the Nawa Bazar area and there is always a lot of foot traffic. Having the police chowki right across from us makes it very simple to tell people where we are. We have been here for a while now and we have seen the market change over the years. We sell various types of garments and our shop is usually packed with boxes and racks. It is not a very large space but we make use of every inch we have. The atmosphere in Nawa Bazar is always energetic and sometimes it gets quite loud with all the vendors calling out. We spend most of our time organizing the clothes and helping customers who wander in from the street. There is no corporate structure here. It is just a small business where we do the work ourselves. Sometimes the shop gets a bit messy when we are busy but we try to keep it decent. We open up in the morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. Most of the people around here are regular customers who live in the neighborhood. We don't do anything fancy with our displays. We just put the clothes out so people can see what we have. It is a straightforward way to earn a living and we are used to the routine.
