Sameer Trading Company

Sameer Trading Company is based at number 26 in the Market Yard. We are located inside the Sardar Patel Complex, which is a place that stays active from very early in the morning. If you have ever been to a market yard, you know it is all about movement. There are always sacks being moved, trucks loading up, and people shouting out prices. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit and tie. Most of us are in casual clothes and probably have some dust on our shoes by the end of the day. The Sardar Patel Complex is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we’ve been here long enough that we know every corner. We spend our hours talking to suppliers and checking the stock that comes in. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of numbers in our ledgers. We don’t have any fancy mission statements hanging on the wall. We just want to make sure the trading goes smoothly and everyone gets what they need on time. Sometimes we sit out front on the plastic chairs and watch the chaos of the yard while we have our tea. It is a busy life but it is what we know. We just focus on the trade and keep moving.
