Khadi Gram Udhyog

This place is part of the 5Vechan Sahakari Mandli Limited. Khadi Gram Udhyog has always been about something more traditional and local. We are not a big fancy company with a lot of money for advertising. We are just a group of people working together in this cooperative setup. The office is a simple room where we keep our records and meet. It feels very grounded here. There are no suits or ties. We usually wear what we make. The atmosphere is quiet most of the time, except when there is a meeting or when members come in to settle things. It is a very practical way of doing business. We have been following the same rules for years. People come to us because they know who we are and they know we have been around for a long time. It is not about making a quick profit. It is about keeping the tradition going and making sure everyone in the Mandli is looked after. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is part of being a cooperative. We take things slow and do them the right way. It is a bit different from the modern offices you see nowadays, but we prefer it this way. It feels like home to most of us who work here every day.
