This is Kanchanchaya Buildcon LLP. We are located in Akshar Tower I on Mandav Road. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you are in the area. We are into the building and construction business. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us trying to make a living. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR team. Most of our work comes from people we know or folks who see our signs on Mandav Road. Construction is a messy business. There’s always dust, noise, and something that needs fixing. We spend our days dealing with suppliers and making sure the workers show up on time. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know. The office in Akshar Tower is where we do all the boring stuff like accounts and permits. We'd much rather be out at a site. We try to be honest about how long things take. Building stuff in this heat is slow work, and we don't like to rush and make mistakes. We’ve been at this for a while now. We aren't the biggest builders in town, but we are local. We live here and we work here. That means we have to see our customers at the market, so we try to do right by them. It’s a straightforward life. We just do the work and go home.
