We are located on Godi Road. It’s a fairly straightforward place to find if you know the area. Our shop, Jay Fashion, isn't anything too flashy from the outside. We mostly just focus on getting the clothes ready and making sure the measurements are right. The street outside can get quite dusty when the trucks go by. We spend a lot of time sweeping the front so it stays decent. Inside, we have our racks and the tables where we cut the material. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we are used to it by now. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, so it gets pretty warm. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things moving. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. Just regular people trying to make a living. Sometimes the shipments arrive late and we have to stay a bit longer to get everything sorted. Godi Road has its own rhythm. You see the same people walking past every day. We’ve been here for a bit, and people know they can just drop in if they need something done. It’s a practical setup. We don’t worry about decorations or fancy signs. As long as the work gets finished, we are happy enough. We keep our tools close by and we don't like to waste any materials.
