Siddhi Plastic Industries

Siddhi Plastic Industries is located at 2, Suvidha, right across from Phar East Lab. It’s a practical location for what we do. Manufacturing plastics isn't a glamorous job. It’s noisy, it’s hot near the machines, and there is always a rhythm to the production line that you can’t ignore. We spend our days watching the molds and making sure the plastic is setting right. Our space isn't very big, so we have to be organized with how we stack the finished goods. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time backing in because the road gets tight, but we manage. The team here knows the machines inside and out. If something breaks, we usually fix it ourselves instead of waiting for a technician. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just make the products and send them out to the people who ordered them. It’s a very straightforward way to run a business. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we’ve known each other for years. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather while we wait for the batches to finish. It’s just a normal factory life. We don't try to be anything we’re not. We just make sure the plastic parts are solid and the count is right. The smell of melting plastic is just something we got used to long ago.
