Babatwala Steel

Babatwala Steel has been a part of the Haidery Society in Godhra for a good number of years. We are located in the Panchmahal district, and we’ve always been focused on the local steel trade. Our yard is where we keep all the stock, like pipes, channels, and various steel rods. It’s not a polished environment by any means. There’s usually some rust on the older pieces and dust everywhere from the wind. We don't mind it, as it’s just the nature of the business. We have a few guys who help with the loading, and it’s heavy work. Most of our customers are locals from the taluka who are building something or fixing up their shops. We don't have a website or any fancy brochures. People just drive into Haidery Society and look for the steel piles. We try to be fair and just do our jobs without making any big claims. Sometimes the weather in Godhra makes the work difficult, like when it’s pouring rain and the yard gets muddy, but we still get the orders out. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years, but our little steel business stays pretty much the same. We aren't looking to become some giant company. We just like being the place where people can get their metal without any fuss or corporate talk. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
