A One Medical Agency

We are based out of Godhra in the Panchmahal area. A One Medical Agency is mostly about getting medical supplies where they need to go for other local shops. We deal with a lot of different medicines and healthcare products every day of the week. It’s more of an agency and distribution setup than a small walk-in shop, so we spend a lot of our time on the phone or dealing with logistics. The warehouse gets pretty full sometimes, and there is always a truck coming or going in the back. It can be a bit chaotic during the middle of the day, but we manage to stay on top of things. We’ve been operating in Panchmahal for a good while, so we know the local roads and the other businesses around here pretty well. It's just plain work for us. We don't have any shiny brochures or a big marketing team working for us. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders are right and the boxes get packed properly for delivery. Sometimes we make small mistakes, but we fix them as fast as we can and move on to the next task. The office is small and usually has stacks of paper everywhere on the desks. We just focus on getting the medical supplies out to the people who need them most. It’s a steady job and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it over the years.
