Narmada Industries

Narmada Industries is located at Plot No. S-159 in GIDC. It’s a relatively simple setup compared to some of the massive plants you see nearby. We’ve been operating out of this plot for quite some time now. The building is a basic concrete structure that stays relatively cool, which is a blessing in this climate. Inside, we have our equipment arranged to make the most of the limited floor space. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of raw material delivered, and we often have to shuffle things around to reach the back. We don’t have a dedicated sales team or a fancy website. Most of our business comes from people who just stop by or call us up because they’ve worked with us before. There’s an old wooden table where we sit down to go over drawings or have a cup of tea during the afternoon break. The floor has some cracks and the lighting flickers sometimes, but it doesn't stop us from getting the work done. We handle everything ourselves, from unloading the supplies to packing up the finished goods. It’s a modest way to make a living, but it works for us. The surrounding area is full of other small shops just like ours, so there is a nice sense of being part of a local community of makers and fixers.
