Our place is out in the Zero Tax Industrial Estate, which is a bit of a trek if you aren't used to the area near the check post. Being at A-22 & 23 means we have a decent amount of space for the machines, but it still feels small when we’re really busy. Ace Hygine Products Pvt. Ltd. is where we make all our cleaning supplies. We’re working on Survey No.221/1, and the industrial park is always full of trucks and noise. Making hygiene products isn't glamorous work. It involves a lot of mixing, watching the vats, and making sure the bottles are filled right. The floor is usually a bit slippery if someone isn't careful with the mop. We deal with a lot of plastic and boxes, so there is always a heap of packaging that needs to be moved out of the way. It’s dusty outside because of all the construction nearby, but we try to keep the inside as tidy as we can. We have a few guys who have been here since the start, and we all just know the daily routine by now. Lunch is usually eaten sitting on some crates or at the small wooden table in the back. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. You just call and whoever is closest to the desk picks up. It’s just how things go when you’re busy running a factory. We just focus on getting the work done and getting home.
